We store a tokenized version of your payment method—for example, we record that you used "mobile banking" on a specific date, but we do not store your full local payment account number or banking credentials.

Your payment method data is encrypted and stored separately from your personal profile. Payment processors (online payment, e-wallet, etc.) handle your authentication and fund transfer on their systems; we receive only a confirmation token once the transaction succeeds. We retain transaction records for up to seven years for tax and regulatory compliance, then archive them.

Device and Access Data

When you use nadia4d on your Android phone, iPhone, or desktop browser, we collect your IP address, device type (Android, iOS, Windows, macOS), browser name and version, and general location (country/city level, not street address). This data helps us detect unauthorized access attempts, block accounts accessed from prohibited jurisdictions, and optimize the platform for different devices.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you logged in on your phone and to remember your language preference. These do not track you across other websites—they only function within nadia4d. You can clear cookies and local storage from your device settings anytime, which will log you out of nadia4d on that device.

Gaming and Account Activity Data

We log your gaming activity: which games you play, your bets, results, winnings, and losses. This data helps us detect fraud (for example, unusual betting patterns or multiple accounts from the same device), resolve disputes, and optimize your experience. Your gaming history is encrypted and stored on our servers. Only you (via your account) and our compliance team (for fraud investigation) can access your gaming data.

Our servers may be geographically located outside your jurisdiction (for example, in Singapore or Malaysia). This is standard for online platforms. Third-Party Access and Processors

International Data Transfer

nadia4d operates globally and our servers may be located in different countries. When you use nadia4d from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan, your data may be processed in data centers outside Indonesia. However, your data remains protected under this privacy policy and applicable laws. We do not transfer your data to jurisdictions with inadequate data protection standards.
